Dear Client, Tell-A-Phone Guy moving forward in this new year 2012 will be making some changes to our billing structure due to the changing economy. We are confident that these with benefit you, our customer. Effective with 2012 billing we have changed our invoicing and instituted a per call truck charge.
All accounts are COD unless otherwise arranged. Out of area and Emergency Services may be subject to a premium. The truck charge will be waived for Maintenance customers. We have updated our website and added several on line manuals for programming and we have introduced a new referral incentive program.
